Recently, Hawkins Companies, a commercial developer, renovated an historic building in downtown Boise. Their goal was to create a space that would excite its employees when they come to work , by giving them a unique environment, accommodate growth and provide a permanent home to their headquarters. They also aimed to show the caliber of quality that Hawkins Company represents in its marketplace. They enhanced the raw beauty of the space by accenting the exposed duct work and brick walls while updating the function of the space to accommodate a growing business.
